Wonderful Wisconsin

Joe and I decided to head to Phoenix for Joe's spring break this year (we better enjoy the perks of his schedule as a student before it's over!). Buuuut, since Phoenix is such a long way from Boston, Leah and I chose to swing by Milwaukee for a week to break up the traveling. It was a wonderful treat. We got into Milwaukee the day after my dad's birthday and we completely surprised my youngest sisters - Molly and Kate. (see video below)

The weather was beautiful (for March in Wisconsin) and we even got to visit with Meg, who was home from UD for her spring break, and Joe and Katherine, who drove up to Wisconsin for the weekend.

A few highlights were:
- seeing Molly and Kate's faces when we surprised them
- visiting with KP
- Birthday party for cousin Gemma
- watching Leah battle it out with her fist nasty cold (ok, not really a highlight, but seriously - she was a trooper)
- going to see the Dead Sea Scrolls at the Milwaukee Public Museum
- Eating Edwardo's
- Eating the fried cheese that my awesome Dad made
- Chatting with my Mom, Dad and brother Joe late into the night
- Being with family

Thank you Mom and Dad for the great visit.

We sure missed Joe a lot, but thank goodness for web-cams, cell phones, and games of hangman and chess on Skype!
