On November 28th at St. Anthony Church in Cohassett, our little Leah was welcomed into the Catholic Church. We were so happy to be able to have family, friends, and even the Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Boston, Very Reverend Richard M. Erikson, in attendance.
Leah was terrific and sat quietly through the entire Baptism. I, on the other hand, teared up on more than one occasion as Fr. Erikson talked about Leah and how she will grow in her faith and in the church - from Baptism to First Holy Communion to Confimation and so on.
God Bless our Leah Regina. I hope she doesn't grow up too too fast.
